Exhibitor Information

Hotel Rooms

We have a block of rooms at the Caribe Royale Orlando. You can call 1-800-823-8300 or (407) 238-8000 and ask for the FAEA Group Block. Be sure to reserve your room by September 17.

Name Badges & Final Payment:

Please add name badges to your online order for your staff who will be working at your booth at the conference. Please do this by October 9 to make sure we have them printed and ready for you when you arrive. 

  1. Click https://cfaefl.org/sponsors and Login
  2. Click the Badges button
  3. Select the first person from the drop-down and click Add Badge  
    (If the person you want to add is not in the drop-down, select "**Not Listed Below**" from the drop-down and it will take you to a page to add them)
  4. Their name should appear in a table below the drop-down and button. Once they appear in that table, we will print a badge for them.
  5. Repeat for anyone else who will be working at your booth.
  6. Click the Continue button when you have added all your badges
  7. You will then be taken to the Order Summary page. If your total balance due is greater than $0.00 please click the button that says Pay Full Balance.

You will be able to pick up your badges in the exhibit hall itself, the Caribbean I-III Ballrooms, on Thursday when you arrive. You can go straight to the exhibit hall, no need to stop by the registration desk. 

Hotel Logistics:

Shipping: There is a UPS Store on-site that will handle all receiving and shipping. See their shipping information and handling fees here. They are open Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  

Loading In: The loading dock is behind the hotel conference center. See the Directions to the Loading Dock and this Google Map

Electrical and A/V Services Request Form (If you need electricity to your booth, you must order it through Encore using this form)

Thursday, October 13

8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. - Load-in/Setup

5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. - Opening Reception in Exhibit Hall (This is a preview night to meet and mingle with conference attendees and other exhibitors. Please do not set up hands-on activities at your booth until Friday).

Friday, October 14

8:30 a.m. - Exhibits Open

12:00 - 1:00 p.m. Dedicated Exhibit Hall Time Scheduled

1:00 p.m. - Exhibits Closed for Lunch Break

2:30 p.m. - Exhibits Open

4:30 p.m. - Exhibits Closed for General Session

Saturday, October 15

8:30 a.m. - Exhibits Open

12:00 - 1:00 p.m. Dedicated Exhibit Hall Time Scheduled

1:00 p.m. - Exhibits Closed

1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. - Move-Out/Tear-Down
